The young lady shifting in the empty flat wanted to have a spacious looking place in a small 1 BHK. She wished to have a good Feng Shui in her new realm without make it looking like a Chinese museum with all the Feng Shui symbols standing around. Therefore we mostly worked with colours and the elements related with the directions to enhance good areas and to remedy afflictions. Beside the unobstructed space she ask for a “feminine” look. This we implement with a lot of drapings on the ceiling and the walls and a canopy over the bed, which all simultaneously hid unconcealed electrical lines behind the drapings.

Warm colours accoding to the Feng Shui direction, soft falling cloths, the triangle light behind the drapings and the canopy over the bed create the cosy feeling in the bedroom.

The simple divans provide a comfortable sitting area, which can be converted to guest-beds. The curtain beside the maindoor prevents an immediate insight into the livingroom and guarantees some privacy, it also hides the shoe-shelf.

Instead of the just the window covering plastic-mosquito nets, soft falling mosquito-material out of cotton was used for the whole wall and appear as sheers. The open niches under the window could not be used as store-room, they accomodate now additional atmospheric lights.

The drapings on ceiling and walls guarantees a sense of well-being and a feeling of security. They add more softness to the straight walls and answer the tenant's request for "the feminine touch".
